Collect Glowcoke Efficiently from Glowsquitos

Locating and Engaging Glowsquitos

Glowsquitos spawn throughout Glowstone Canyon and are attracted to glowing blocks. They actively drain light from Glowstone and Shroomlight, so they're easiest to find near these formations. The more luminous blocks in an area, the more Glowsquitos will gather.

Farming Strategy

**Create a hunting ground. Glowsquitos will naturally congregate to feed on the light.

Engage with ranged weapons first. Use a bow or crossbow to damage Glowsquitos from distance before they swarm. This reduces the risk of being overwhelmed.

Finish with melee. Once weakened, close in with a sword to deliver final blows and collect Glowcoke drops.

Collect drops quickly. Glowcoke items can despawn, so pick them up immediately after each kill.

Scaling Up

For larger harvests, return to the same hunting ground multiple times as Glowsquitos respawn. Bring stacks of empty inventory space and consider using a looting-enchanted sword to increase Glowcoke yield per kill.
