Automate Crop Growth with the Greenhouse
Constructing the Greenhouse
The Greenhouse is a large multiblock machine designed to automate crop farming without requiring external scripting or complex redstone logic. Build the frame using the specified greenhouse casings, typically forming a tall rectangular structure with glass panels for visibility.
Place soil or hydroponic blocks inside the chamber—these serve as growing medium. The machine requires water input, so connect a fluid input hatch and ensure a steady water supply. Position the controller block on an accessible face.
Running Automated Harvests
Insert seeds into the input hatch. The Greenhouse will automatically plant, grow, and harvest crops when conditions are met. Power consumption scales with the number of crops being grown simultaneously.
Configure growth speed and output settings via the control panel. You can adjust which crops to prioritize and set output filters to sort harvested materials into different chests or pipes.
The machine works best when supplied with consistent power and water. Larger greenhouse structures process more crops per cycle, making them ideal for late-game food and resource production.
