How to Find and Explore Incendium Biomes Without the Extra Content

Locating the Biomes

Because this version strips out Incendium's structures, mobs, and items, the biomes are the entire experience. They generate as part of normal world generation, so you do not need to craft anything or defeat a boss to reach them. Start a fresh world (biomes are baked into terrain generation, so an existing world will only show them in unexplored chunks) and travel outward. Use a boat along coastlines or a fast mount to cover ground, and keep an eye on the horizon for terrain that looks nothing like vanilla — towering spires, unusual color palettes, or floating formations are your cues.

Confirming What You Found

Press F3 and read the biome name in the debug screen. Incendium biomes use distinct names, so if the label looks unfamiliar compared to vanilla biomes, you are standing in one. Because all hostile and passive custom mobs are removed, the biome will feel empty of custom creatures — that is expected, not a bug. Bring your own food, torches, and building blocks, since none of Incendium's custom loot exists here.

Planning a Route

Pick a direction and commit to it rather than wandering randomly. Note coordinates at each interesting biome so you can return, and screenshot landmarks. Since structures are gone, your navigation is purely terrain-based, so build small marker towers at biome borders to avoid getting lost.
