Hyxerion includes a custom starry night skybox that activates when OptiFine is installed and enabled. This custom sky reduces glare and creates a sharp visual environment optimized for PvP. The minimalist starfield provides contrast without distracting from combat.

Adjust Lighting for Combat Clarity

The pack modifies particle effects and reduces flame overlays, which helps you see incoming projectiles and player movements more clearly. Reduced visual noise means you'll spot opponent positioning faster and react to threats with better timing.

Test Your Setup in Different Conditions

Practice in both day and night cycles to ensure the pack's visual changes work for your monitor and graphics settings. If you're using OptiFine, the custom sky will automatically apply at night—verify it loads correctly before competitive play. Adjust your brightness settings if needed; Hyxerion's cleaner textures may require different gamma than vanilla Minecraft.
