Set Up a Wireless Frequency Relay System
Understanding the
Link Relay
The Link Relay lets you remap wireless frequencies from Create's wireless redstone system into a single compact block. This is essential when you need to bundle multiple control signals into one location without cluttering your airship with separate receivers.
Basic Setup
1. Place your Link Relay where you want signals to converge—typically near your control mechanism or spring assembly.
2. Configure input frequencies by interacting with the relay. Each frequency you want to listen to must be added as an input.
3. Assign output frequencies for each input. You can map multiple input frequencies to a single output, or create one-to-one pairs.
4. Test your connections by sending redstone signals on your input frequencies and checking that the output activates as expected.
Advanced Options
You can invert output signals so a frequency stays active until an input arrives, rather than activating when a signal comes in. This is useful for fail-safe mechanisms on your aircraft.
To keep your wiring hidden, encase the relay using copycat panels, andesite casings, or brass casings. The relay functions identically when enclosed.
