How to Set Up Horse Stonks on a Multiplayer Server

Server-Side Installation

Horse Stonks is designed to work server-side only. This means players do not need to install the mod on their clients to benefit from it. You only need to place the mod file in the server's mods folder.

Steps for Server Owners

1. Stop your Minecraft server.

2. Download the Horse Stonks mod file compatible with your server's mod loader (Forge, Fabric, etc.).

3. Place the mod file into the server's mods folder.

4. Start the server. The mod will now apply its breeding logic to all horse, donkey, and mule breeding on the server.

5. Verify by breeding two horses with known stats and checking the foal's stats.

Client-Side Considerations

Players do not need the mod to join. However, if they want to see detailed stat information, they may need a separate mod like Horse Info. The breeding changes are handled entirely by the server.

Singleplayer

In singleplayer, the mod works the same way. Just install it like any other mod and it will affect your local world. No additional configuration is required.
