How to Obtain the Hematoma Music Disc

The Vampire Trick

The Hematoma Music Disc has a unique and specific drop condition: you must trick a Vampire into killing a Creeper. This requires careful setup and timing.

Setting Up the Encounter

First, locate a Vampire—these mobs stalk players from distance and only attack targets that have already taken damage. Find an area where both Vampires and Creepers spawn, or use a spawner setup. You'll need to take damage first to make yourself a valid target for the Vampire.

Executing the Trick

Take damage from any source to trigger the Vampire's aggression. Position a Creeper between yourself and the Vampire, then move so the Vampire's attacks hit the Creeper instead of you. The Vampire must deliver the killing blow to the Creeper for the disc to drop.

Collecting the Reward

When successful, the Hematoma Music Disc will drop. This is a rare item, so the setup may require multiple attempts. Keep your health managed and use terrain to your advantage during the encounter.
