Riding and Equipping Sniffers

Riding and Equipping Sniffers

Sniffers can now be saddled like horses, allowing you to ride them as a mount. Once saddled, you can also equip a chest on the Sniffer for portable storage. When a Sniffer with an equipped chest digs up seeds, those seeds will automatically be placed into the chest rather than dropped on the ground—useful for seed collection during exploration.

For navigation, you can give an equipped Sniffer an Ominous Banner, and it will carry you toward the nearest Outpost. This combines transportation with the Sniffer's natural seed-finding ability, making it a versatile companion for both exploration and resource gathering.
