Chopping Down Trees Efficiently

The Lumberjack Axe is a powerful tool that can fell entire trees in one swing and strip bark from multiple logs simultaneously.

Felling a Tree

1. Craft or obtain the Lumberjack Axe

2. Locate a tree with a connected trunk

3. Strike the trunk with the axe

4. The entire tree (trunk and branches) will break at once

5. Collect all the wood drops

Stripping Logs

1. Hold the Lumberjack Axe

2. Right-click on a log block that has bark

3. Multiple connected logs in the same direction will be stripped simultaneously

4. Collect the stripped wood and bark drops

Tips

• The axe breaks all connected wood blocks of the same type, so mixed-wood trees work too
• Leaves are also broken, giving you extra drops
• Combine with the Lodestar Charm to automatically collect all drops while you work
• This tool is much faster than chopping trees manually, especially in large forests
• Works on both natural and player-planted trees
