Entering the Ocean Dimension

Use the Typhoon Caller to generate a typhoon whirlpool at the surface, which serves as your gateway to the deep ocean realm. Prepare before entering—the underwater dimension is hostile and unforgiving.

Early Survival

Once submerged, you'll face water pressure, darkness, and toxic environments. Hatch aquatic eggs or tame baby creatures to gain a rideable mount that provides underwater breathing and enhanced vision. The Totem of Abyssal Souls offers passive survival bonuses when held.

Gathering Resources

Mine Blue Gold ore from the Abyssal Valley's giant sand dunes and smelt it into ingots for specialized tools and weapons. Explore cautiously—schools of dangerous fish, vipers, and mini-krakens inhabit these waters. Avoid the Decay Road's red toxic waters and the Abyssal Tunnel's depths until better equipped.
