How to Activate Gear 5 and JoyBoy Abilities

Unlocking JoyBoy Skills

The JoyBoy skill set grants you Gum-Gum combat abilities without needing a Devil Fruit. Once unlocked, you gain access to rubber-based moves and endless Gear transformations.

Activating Gear 5

Gear 5 is the ultimate JoyBoy transformation. To trigger it:

1. Ensure you have the JoyBoy skill set active

2. Press the default Mine Piece transformation key (usually V or your configured key)

3. Your character will shift into Gear 5 form with enhanced speed, strength, and cartoon-like physics

Using Full Beast Form

Press B to toggle Full Beast Form on or off. This alternative transformation complements Gear 5 and offers different combat advantages.

Combat in Gear 5

While transformed, you can:

• Chain rapid Gum-Gum strikes
• Access unstoppable Haoshoku (Conqueror's Haki) attacks
• Maintain the transformation indefinitely—Gear 5 has no time limit

Tips

Gear 5 is powerful but drains stamina quickly. Use it strategically during raids and boss fights for maximum impact.
