Prepare Your First Kaiju Battle

Choose Your Battleground

Before summoning any kaiju, scout a location far from your base, farms, and villages. Kaiju destroy terrain during combat—they break blocks while moving and attacking, leaving craters and devastation. A flat, open area or expendable landscape works best. Consider a desert, ocean, or prepared arena away from valuable structures.

Gather Intelligence First

Craft or locate a Kaiju Codex or GDF Database item. Open it to read detailed information about the monster you plan to fight, including its health pool, attack patterns, and special abilities. This knowledge helps you prepare appropriate weapons, armor, and strategy.

Stock Up on Supplies

Bring high-tier weapons and armor—each kaiju has unique attacks that deal significant damage. Pack healing items, as kaiju battles are prolonged and dangerous. Consider bringing blocks to create cover or escape routes. Some players build observation towers or defensive structures before engaging.

Summon and Engage

Once you've summoned your kaiju, keep distance and learn its attack patterns. Different monsters have different abilities—some breathe energy, others use melee attacks or flight. Use the terrain to your advantage and stay mobile. Be prepared for the landscape around you to change as the battle progresses.
