Build a Zoo or Mob Display with Realistic Behavior
Designing Your Zoo Layout
Glued mobs make excellent display pieces because they retain natural behaviors while staying in place. Create themed enclosures for different creature types.
Step 1: Choose your mob types and decide on enclosure themes. Separate aggressive and passive creatures for safety and aesthetics.
Step 2: Build each enclosure with appropriate blocks and decorations—wood for animals, stone for monsters, etc.
Step 3:
Glue your mobs inside their enclosures using the appropriate glue type. Use standard Glue for passive animals,
Magic Glue for temporary displays, or
Strong Glue for dangerous creatures.
Creating an Engaging Experience
Glued mobs look around naturally and make ambient sounds, so visitors will see realistic behavior without mobs escaping or attacking. Add viewing areas, pathways, and informational signs between enclosures. Since glued mobs don't pathfind, they won't wear down terrain or break blocks, keeping your zoo clean and organized. Consider grouping similar species together and using lighting to enhance the display.
