Finding the Config File

The mod stores its settings in a config file. You can open it with any text editor to change how bright each Torchflower variant is.

Editing Light Levels

1. Locate the mod's config file in your instance's config folder.

2. Open it and look for the entries that control light emission. There will be separate values for the regular Torchflower, the potted Torchflower, and the different Torchflower crop growth stages.

3. Change the numbers to the light levels you want. Keep in mind that Minecraft's light system uses a limited range, so values must stay within the valid range the game supports.

4. Save the file and reload your world (or restart the game) so the new values take effect.

Practical Tips

  • Lower the potted Torchflower value if you want a softer, more atmospheric glow instead of a bright light.
  • Raise crop light values if you want your farm to light a larger area.
  • If something looks wrong after editing, restore the default values and save again. Back up the config before making big changes so you can revert easily.
