Recruit Your First Touhou Companion

Finding Companions

Touhou companions spawn naturally throughout Gensokyo Reverie dimensions and the overworld. Look for them in biomes themed after their origin locations—check the Moon dimension and Dream World first, as these areas have higher spawn rates for rare characters.

Recruitment Process

Approach a companion and interact with them. They will display recruitment requirements, which typically involve offering specific items or resources. These items vary by character and reflect their personality or story role.

Once you've gathered the required items, interact again to complete recruitment. The companion will join your party and follow you on your adventures.
