How to Make Your First Sushi Roll
Gather Your Ingredients
Before you start, collect rice, nori (seaweed), and your choice of fillings. Common fillings include
cucumber, cooked fish, or vegetables. You'll also need a knife to prepare ingredients finely.
Use the
Cuisine Board
Place a Cuisine Board in your kitchen. This block shows you step-by-step instructions for assembling sushi. Interact with it to begin. The board will guide you through layering rice on nori, adding your fillings in the center, and rolling it tightly.
Complete the Rolling Process
Follow each step shown on the board interface. You'll need to position ingredients correctly—the board won't let you proceed until each layer is placed properly. Once you've rolled the sushi, the board will give you your finished sushi item.
Slice and Serve
Some sushi types can be sliced into smaller pieces using a knife. This creates individual nigiri or maki pieces that stack neatly. You can place finished sushi on plates or eat it directly for hunger restoration and occasional status effects.
