Getting Started with Armor Sets

Gears of Glory Mod adds seven unique armor sets, each with identical base protection levels. This means you can choose your set based on its special ability rather than defense stats.

Since these items lack normal crafting recipes, you'll need to obtain them through commands or by setting up custom recipes in your world. Once equipped as a complete set, each armor grants a distinct magical power—from damage reduction and invisibility to freezing enemies and dealing extra critical damage.

You can disable individual abilities in the configuration file if you prefer wearing the armor purely for aesthetics. All sets provide the same defensive value by default, making fashion and function equally viable choices.
