Observer
minecraft:observer
The Observer is a block that players craft from cobblestone, nether quartz, and redstone dust. It can be placed facing different directions.
A pickaxe is the right tool for mining it, and the block drops itself when broken, so it can be picked up and placed again somewhere else.
