The Dispenser is a block that players craft from a bow, cobblestone, and redstone dust. It can be placed facing different directions, so its orientation is chosen when it is set down.
A pickaxe is the tool used to mine a Dispenser, and breaking it drops the block itself, so it can be picked up and placed again elsewhere.
