Understand What Earns Experience

Custom experience points come from three main activities:

• Punching mobs in combat
• Mining ore blocks (not regular stone)
• Operating machines (furnaces, hoppers, and similar)

Each action grants experience toward your next level. Focus on activities that also serve your survival needs to maximize efficiency.

Boost Gains with Focus

Your Focus stat multiplies all earned experience points. Investing skill points into Focus early creates a snowball effect—higher Focus means faster leveling, which means more skill points to spend, including more Focus.

Level Up and Spend Skill Points

When you level up, you gain skill points to distribute among your six core stats: Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, Agility, Focus, and Willpower. Open your power menu to allocate these points. Plan your build around your origin's strengths—a Daxamite benefits from Strength and Agility, while a defensive origin should prioritize Constitution and Dexterity.

You can level up to 160, so pace your spending strategically.
