How to Change Fog Color Per Biome in Fog Overrides Mod
Finding the Biome Entry
Fog color is configured per biome, so start by opening the biome list in the mod's config. Each biome in the game has its own entry, and selecting one reveals its fog settings, including color. If you cannot find a biome, make sure you are looking at the correct dimension tab, since Overworld, Nether, and other dimensions are usually separated.
Setting the Color
Inside a biome's entry, locate the fog color option and enter the color you want. Colors are typically given as RGB values or a hex code, so decide on your target shade first. For example, a murky green suits a swamp, while a pale blue works for a snowy peak. Apply the change and save. The mod then uses that color whenever fog renders in that biome, replacing the vanilla tint.
Testing and Fine-Tuning
Reload the world and travel into the biome to see the result. Fog color is most visible when fog density is high or when you are underwater, so test in those conditions too. If the color looks wrong, reopen the entry and adjust the values. You can copy a color you like from one biome and paste it into others to keep a consistent mood across a region.
