Harvest or Remove Flowers from a Patch

Breaking a Flower Patch

When you break a flower patch block with any tool or by hand, it drops all the flowers it contained. If a patch held four flowers, you'll receive four individual flowers as drops that you can collect.

Partial Removal

Unfortunately, the mod does not provide a direct way to remove individual flowers from a patch without breaking the entire block. If you need fewer flowers than your patch contains, you must break it and recreate a smaller patch with the desired number.

Recreating Smaller Patches

After breaking a full patch and collecting all flowers, you can immediately create a new patch with just two or three flowers by right-clicking, or use bonemeal on a single placed flower to create a new patch of your preferred size.

Practical Approach

When designing your flower areas, consider creating patches at your target size from the start rather than expanding them. This avoids the need to break and rebuild patches later if you change your decoration plans.
