Create Your First Flower Patch

Gathering Flowers

Start by collecting multiple flowers of the same type. You need at least two identical flowers to begin—vanilla flowers like poppies, dandelions, tulips, or any other single flower variant will work.

Combining Flowers

Place your first flower on the ground. Hold the same type of flower in your hand and right-click on the placed flower. The two flowers will merge into a Flower Patch block that can display both flowers stacked together.

You can continue adding flowers this way until you reach the maximum capacity of four flowers in a single patch. Each right-click adds another flower to the patch, as long as they match the original type.

Alternative Method: Bonemeal

If you have a single flower already placed, you can use bonemeal on it to instantly create a flower patch. This is faster than manually combining flowers one by one, though it consumes bonemeal.

Important Reminder

You cannot mix different flower types in one patch. A patch of red flowers must contain only red flowers—attempting to add a different variety will not work.
