Create Safe Flying Machines Without Breaking Your World
Protected Blocks
The mod automatically ignores heavy or world-critical blocks when your machines move. Bedrock, command blocks, and barriers won't be captured or pushed by
Floatater Blocks, protecting your world's integrity.
Crash Safety
When your flying machine hits an obstacle, it converts back into solid blocks and stops. This prevents machines from phasing through walls or mountains. Your structure becomes part of the world at the collision point.
Planning Your Flight Path
Before launching, consider where your machine will travel:
- Avoid flying toward important structures
- Clear the path of obstacles if you want smooth flight
- Use the
Sticky Wand to stop machines before they hit something valuable - Test with small machines first
Recovering Crashed Machines
If your machine crashes into terrain, it locks in place as solid blocks. You can then break it apart and rebuild it, or leave it as a permanent structure. No blocks are lost or destroyed—they simply become stationary.
