How to Craft a Larger Skull by Combining Two Skulls

Combining Skulls in a Crafting Grid

The core mechanic of this mod is merging two skulls into a single, larger one. Open a crafting table and place the two skulls you want to combine into the grid. The mod treats the pair as the ingredients for a new, scaled-up skull rather than stacking them.

1. Gather two skulls of the same type (for example, two skeleton skulls or two of the same mob head).

2. Open a crafting table.

3. Place one skull in a slot and the other skull in an adjacent slot.

4. Take the resulting larger skull from the output slot.

The new skull is a distinct item from its ingredients. It renders at an increased size when worn, and the exact enlargement is shown in its tooltip.

What Carries Over

Only the skulls you place in the grid are consumed. Any enchantments or naming on the original skulls are not part of this cosmetic merge, so don't expect renamed heads to keep their custom text. Because the mod is purely visual, the resulting skull behaves like a normal wearable head in every other respect.

If the recipe does not produce output, double-check that both items are actually skulls and not, say, a carved pumpkin or a player head you have not obtained legitimately.
