How to Customize Which HUD Elements Show and Hide
Not every player wants FPS, CPS, coordinates, armor, and potion effects all on screen at once. Feather Remake lets you enable or disable each HUD element individually, keeping your display clean for recording, PvP, or casual play.
Finding the toggles
Press Right Shift to open the mod menu. HUD-related options live here alongside the other features. Each element — FPS, CPS, coordinates, armor status, and potion effects — can be switched on or off independently. Turning one off removes it from the screen entirely, including from the HUD editor.
Choosing what to keep
A few common setups:
- Minimal PvP: keep CPS and armor, hide FPS and coordinates.
- Survival/building: keep coordinates and armor, hide CPS.
- Recording: hide everything except what you want viewers to see.
- Potion-heavy fights: keep potion effects visible so you can track durations.
Repositioning after toggling
If you re-enable an element later, it may return to a default position. Press Right Alt to enter HUD editing and drag it back where you want it. Layout changes save automatically. A good habit is to toggle elements on, immediately position them, then toggle off anything you do not need — this way your saved layout stays tidy and you avoid overlapping elements the next time you enable something.
