Create and Place Your First Decorative Pot

Gather Your Materials

Collect a regular clay pot (craftable from clay blocks) and decide which plant or flower you'd like to display. Common options include flowers from your world, saplings, or other vegetation.

Craft Your Pot Design

Open your crafting table and place the regular pot in the bottom-center slot of the grid. Place your chosen plant or decorative item in the slot directly above it. This creates a potted plant ready for display.

If the recipe doesn't work, check your recipe book—some special designs like wreaths use different patterns and may require additional ingredients arranged differently.

Place and Decorate

Once crafted, place your new pot on the ground in your base, garden, or room. You can arrange multiple pots together to create themed garden areas or window displays. Experiment with different plant combinations to find designs you like. The pots work well in rows along pathways, clustered in corners, or displayed on shelves and tables for a cozy, decorated feel.
