Maximize Rewards by Understanding Contract Rarity and Reputation
How Rewards Scale with Difficulty
The mod calculates payment based on recipe complexity. Simple crops and basic bread earn modest emeralds, while meals requiring a Cutting Board and Cooking Pot pay significantly more. Special rarity contracts—the hardest orders—offer the best emerald payouts and sometimes include bonus items.
Building Your Reputation
The mod tracks your reputation invisibly as you complete contracts. Finishing more orders, especially harder ones, gradually increases your standing with the village. Higher reputation unlocks access to better contracts over time, including the Harvest Feast customer type, which orders massive quantities of food for late-game rewards.
Strategy for Earning More
1. Start with Common and Uncommon contracts to build initial reputation quickly
2. Progress to Rare contracts once available—these use cooking pots and cutting boards for better pay
3. Accept Special contracts whenever they appear; the effort is worth the premium rewards
4. Focus on Harvest Feast orders when unlocked for the largest single payouts
5. Check the board daily for new contracts and prioritize higher-rarity orders to accelerate reputation growth
