Understanding Connection Mechanics

Many furniture blocks in Fantasy's Furniture Mod feature smart connection logic. Blocks like counters, shelves, and sofas automatically update their model and appearance when placed adjacent to blocks of the same type. This creates seamless, connected structures without gaps or misalignment.

Placement Strategy

When building larger furniture arrangements, place blocks in a line or formation touching each other. The mod will detect neighboring blocks and adjust each piece's model accordingly—corners will look like corners, straight sections will connect smoothly, and the overall structure will appear unified.

Testing Your Layout

Place a few blocks and observe how they connect. If the appearance doesn't match your vision, try rotating individual pieces or spacing them differently. Some sets may have directional variants, so experiment with placement angles to achieve your desired aesthetic before committing to a full build.
