How to Tame and Ride Baby Scorpions and Owlbears

Finding Baby Creatures

Certain creatures in this mod can be tamed when they're young. Baby scorpions and owlbears are the primary tameable animals, but you must find them in their juvenile form.

Taming Process

Locate Baby Creatures

Search for baby scorpions and owlbears in their natural habitats. Baby creatures are smaller and less aggressive than their adult counterparts.

Use the Right Items

Approach the baby creature and use the appropriate taming item (consult your mod's item guide for the specific material needed). Be patient—taming may take multiple attempts.

Build Trust

Once tamed, the creature will follow you. Continue feeding it to strengthen your bond and ensure it stays loyal.

Riding Your Mount

Baby creatures must reach adulthood before you can ride them. This takes time, so be patient.

Saddle and Mount

Once fully grown, equip your tamed creature with a saddle and mount it by right-clicking. You can now use it as a fast travel mount.

Control and Care

Keep your mount well-fed and away from hostile mobs. Treat it as a valuable companion.
