Ensuring 3D Models Display Correctly
Check Your Graphics Settings
For the 3D models to render properly, your game needs appropriate settings:
- Graphics mode: Use Fancy graphics for best results. Fast mode may reduce detail or cause rendering issues.
- Mipmaps: Enable mipmaps (set to 1 or higher) to prevent texture flickering on detailed models at different distances.
- Entity Shadows: Enable entity shadows so your tools cast shadows naturally.
Verify Pack Installation
If models aren't appearing:
1. Open your resource packs menu
2. Confirm the Fabulous 3D Resource Pack is listed and enabled (moved to the right side)
3. Check that no conflicting packs are loaded above it that might override tool textures
4. Reload your world or restart the game
Troubleshoot Rendering Issues
If you see broken textures or missing models:
- Update your graphics drivers
- Lower your render distance temporarily to test if it's a performance issue
- Check that you're using a compatible Minecraft version for the pack
- Try disabling other resource packs to isolate conflicts
