Customizing Which Tools Get the 3D Treatment

Understanding Pack Coverage

The Fabulous 3D Resource Pack replaces models for standard Minecraft tools and weapons:

• Swords (all material types)
• Pickaxes (all material types)
• Axes, shovels, and hoes (all material types)
• Shields (standard and custom designs)

Every variant—from wooden to netherite—receives the 3D upgrade while maintaining material-appropriate appearance.

Selective Use

If you want 3D models for only certain tools:

1. Extract the resource pack files

2. Navigate to the assets folder

3. Locate the item model files for specific tools

4. Delete or rename the model files you don't want replaced

5. Repackage and reload

Alternatively, layer this pack with another resource pack that has flat textures for tools you prefer to keep simple. Load the Fabulous pack first, then your preference pack on top.

Compatibility with Other Packs

If you use multiple packs, load order matters. Place Fabulous 3D lower in your pack list if another pack's tool textures should take priority.
