How to Protect Your Tech Armor from Other Players

Understanding BioLock

The BioLock item prevents theft and unauthorized use of your tech armor in multiplayer servers. It binds your armor to your character so only you can wear it.

Applying BioLock

1. Craft or obtain a BioLock item

2. Use it on your equipped tech armor (right-click while wearing the armor)

3. The armor is now bound to your character

Protection Effects

Once BioLocked:

• Other players cannot pick up and equip your armor
• Your tech gear remains secure even if you die and drop items
• The armor stays functional only for you

Multiplayer Considerations

BioLock is essential on shared servers where PvP or theft is possible. Without it, other players can loot your valuable tech armor after defeating you. This is particularly important for rare or heavily enchanted pieces that take time to craft or upgrade.
