How to Capture and Store Symbiotes Safely

Finding Symbiotes

Symbiotes spawn naturally at meteorite crash sites scattered across your world. Look for dark meteorite structures and search the surrounding area—you'll spot symbiote entities crawling nearby.

Capturing into Containers

To safely collect a symbiote without it attaching to you or disappearing:

1. Craft or find an empty container (the mod provides special containers for this purpose)

2. Hold the empty container in your hand

3. Approach the symbiote and right-click on it

4. The symbiote will be stored inside the container

Storage Benefits

Storing symbiotes in containers prevents them from:

• Automatically bonding to your character
• Disappearing if your current DNA type rejects them
• Causing unwanted transformations

You can now safely carry multiple symbiotes in your inventory, stack them, and choose when to apply them to your character. This is especially useful if you're experimenting with different symbiote combinations or want to trade them with other players.
