Extra Spell Attributes Mod adds defensive and survival mechanics to Minecraft combat. You gain access to stats like Reabsorption (which restores absorption hearts after avoiding damage), Glancing Blows (reducing incoming damage), and Spell Suppression (halving magic damage). Other mechanics include a Defiance stat that blocks flat damage, a chance to ignore spells entirely, life steal healing, and an Endurance system that protects you at low health.

Find these stats on enchanted gear or craft trinkets like rings and amulets. Most new stats have matching enchantments available from your enchanting table, making progression straightforward. Start with the included trinkets to test different builds and discover which defensive playstyle suits you best.
