Set Up an Efficient Slingshot Ammunition Farm
Gather Cheap Ammunition Sources
Slingshots use flint, iron nuggets, gold nuggets, or copper nuggets as ammunition. These are far cheaper than arrows, making slingshots cost-effective for extended combat.
Flint Collection
Flint is the easiest ammunition to obtain. Break gravel blocks with a shovel to collect flint—gravel is abundant in riverbeds, beaches, and the top layers of most biomes. One stack of gravel yields roughly one stack of flint.
Metal Nugget Farming
Iron and copper nuggets drop from smelting raw ores or can be obtained by crafting them from ingots. Gold nuggets are rarer but drop from nether gold ore. Set up a smelter near your mining operation to convert raw materials into nuggets continuously.
Storage and Organization
Keep separate chests for each ammunition type near your crafting area. This prevents inventory clutter during extended combat sessions. Store excess flint in bulk—it's lightweight and stackable.
Combat Tip
Carry multiple ammunition types. Switch to flint for weak mobs to conserve metal nuggets for tougher enemies like Creepers and Blazes.
