Getting Started with Companions

To obtain a companion, explore your world to find corrupted boss versions of characters. Defeat these bosses in combat to collect a summoning item and legendary weapon. Use the summoning item to spawn your new companion into the world.

Once summoned, give your companion a Cookie to tame it—it will then follow you loyally. Open the radial menu to manage your companion's inventory, equip armor and weapons, or store items. Your companion has 100 health and will automatically fight enemies alongside you, switching between close-range and ranged attacks based on the situation. Equip them with legendary weapons to enhance their combat effectiveness in battle.
