Rescuing Piglin Prisoners

How to Free Prisoners

Piglin Prisoners are trapped throughout the Nether and can be rescued using gold and the Netherite Bell. Locate a prisoner, use gold on them to gain their trust, then use the Netherite Bell to complete their release. Freed prisoners may reward you or provide other benefits.

This mechanic adds a humanitarian element to Nether exploration—you can choose to help captive Piglins rather than simply loot structures. Look for prisoners in the Piglin Manor and other Nether structures as you explore.
