Placing Your Artwork

Your completed Custom Painting can be placed on any surface: walls, floors, ceilings, or on a crafted wooden easel. Wooden easels are built using your crafting table and provide a freestanding display option that doesn't require wall attachment.

Modifying Your Painting After Placement

1. Rotate it: Click your placed painting with a compass to spin it

2. Adjust transparency: Click it with ice to change how see-through it appears

3. Edit the artwork: Throw an egg at it again to reopen the studio and make changes

Resetting to Vanilla

If you want to remove your custom art, place the painting in a water-filled cauldron. This washes away your artwork and converts it back into a standard Minecraft painting. Wooden easels respond to gravity and water, so you can even push them into minecarts for transport.
