Understand Weapon Types

Epic Foes introduces several weapon categories tied to different factions. Each has distinct attack speeds, reach, and special abilities:

• Large Swords: High damage, slow attacks, wide sweeps
• Spears with Shields: Balanced offense and defense, good for learning
• Ornate/Dark Weapons: Faction-specific aesthetics with unique movesets

Gather Faction Materials

Weapons and armor are crafted from materials found in faction buildings and dropped by faction enemies. Defeat enemies from each group to collect their signature materials. Different factions use different crafting recipes.

Craft at Appropriate Stations

Use crafting tables or faction-specific crafting blocks to combine materials into weapons and armor. Faction armor provides thematic appearance and may offer faction-specific bonuses or resistances.

Equip and Practice

Once crafted, equip your new weapon and test its moveset against weaker enemies. Each weapon has unique attack combos and special moves. Spend time learning the timing and range before facing bosses. Armor should be equipped in all slots for maximum protection.
