Trade Items Safely Across Distance

Setting Up a Trade with Payback

The payback tag system lets you request specific items in return when sending a package, protecting your goods until payment arrives.

Steps:

1. Pack items into a package and seal it

2. Attach a payback tag instead of a regular address tag

3. Use the payback menu to specify which items you want in return

4. Set the time limit for payment (the buyer has this long to respond)

5. Address the package to the buyer's mailbox

6. Place the package and seeds in your mailbox for delivery

How the Trade Works

When the buyer receives your package, they'll see a payback box. They must place the exact items you requested into this box within your time limit. Once they do, your original package unlocks and they can take it.

If the buyer doesn't pay in time, the entire package automatically returns to your mailbox with all items intact. This system keeps both traders safe—your items stay locked until you get what you asked for, and the buyer knows exactly what they need to provide.
