Getting Your First Ender Pearl

Getting Your First Ender Pearl

Enderfy makes ender pearls harder to obtain. Instead of dropping whole pearls, Endermen now drop pearl pieces—but only if you kill them with a special obsidian or enderite knife. Collect multiple pieces and combine them in a crafting table to create an unactivated pearl.

To activate it, craft a Pearl Activator block and place it in the End. Open its menu and insert your unactivated pearl along with lapis and blaze powder. This creates a working ender pearl you can use. On hard difficulty, dropped pearls automatically break into pieces, making the knife requirement essential for pearl farming.
