Upgrading Netherite Gear to Purpurite

How to Upgrade Your Netherite Equipment

To create Purpurite gear, you'll need to upgrade existing Netherite items rather than craft them from scratch.

First, travel to the End dimension and mine Purpurite End Ore. Process the raw ore using the Smelter Workbench and Smasher Block to refine it into usable Purpurite material.

Next, craft a Purpurite upgrade template on a standard crafting table. Then, use a smithing table to combine your Netherite gear with both the upgrade template and your refined Purpurite material. This will transform your Netherite armor or tools into their Purpurite equivalents.

Purpurite gear includes a full armor set, complete tools, and specialized items like horse armor. Your upgraded pieces also accept armor trims for customization.
