Enable the Glow Effect on Your Enchanted Items

Activate the Resource Pack

The Enchantment Glows Thin Outlines Resource Pack must be enabled in your resource pack settings before you'll see any glow effects.

1. Open Minecraft and go to Settings → Resource Packs

2. Look for "Enchantment Glows Thin Outlines" in the available packs list

3. Click the arrow to move it into the Active section on the right

4. Close the menu and return to your world

Verify the Effect

Once activated, pick up any enchanted tool or weapon. You should immediately see a bright purple glowing outline around the item when you hold it in your hand. The effect works on swords, axes, pickaxes, shovels, hoes, maces, bows, crossbows, tridents, and shields.

If you don't see the glow, make sure the resource pack is positioned above any conflicting packs in your active list. Restart your game if needed. The outline should be clearly visible even in bright daylight.
