How to Craft and Place Your First Enchanting Plus Table

Gathering Materials

The Enchanting Plus table requires a crafting recipe different from the vanilla enchanting table. Gather the necessary materials—you'll need obsidian, a book, and other magical components. Check your crafting menu or use JEI/NEI to view the exact recipe for the Enchanting Plus table block.

Crafting and Placement

1. Open your crafting table and arrange materials according to the Enchanting Plus recipe

2. Craft the table block and place it in your world

3. Surround it with bookshelves (just like vanilla) to increase enchantment power and unlock better options

4. Right-click the table to open the enchanting interface

You should now see the floating magical book and item preview above the table. The more bookshelves you place nearby, the stronger and more varied your available enchantments become. Position bookshelves within one block of the table for maximum effect.
