Turn On BTTV and FFZ Emotes

Open Mod Settings

Access your mod configuration. Look for the Chat Emotes Mod section in your settings menu or configuration file.

Enable BTTV Emotes

Find the BTTV (Better Twitch TV) toggle or checkbox. Switch it to enabled. This will activate all global BTTV emotes in your chat display, allowing you to see popular community-created emotes alongside standard Twitch ones.

Enable FFZ Emotes

Locate the FFZ (FrankerFaceZ) option in the same settings area. Toggle it on to activate FFZ emote support. FFZ emotes will now render in chat whenever they're used.

Save and Reload

Save your configuration changes. You may need to relog or restart your client for the changes to take full effect.

View Your Emotes

Once enabled, both BTTV and FFZ emotes will display automatically in chat. These emotes work globally—you don't need to enable them per-channel like subscriber emotes. They'll appear in any chat message that contains them.
