Disable Specific Emote Sources

Access Configuration Settings

Open your mod's configuration menu or file. Navigate to the Chat Emotes Mod section where all emote source toggles are located.

Disable Individual Sources

You can turn off any emote source independently:

• Toggle off Twitch global emotes to hide standard emotes like Kappa
• Disable BTTV to remove community-created emotes
• Turn off FFZ to hide FrankerFaceZ emotes
• Uncheck specific Twitch channels to stop showing their subscriber emotes

Save Changes

After adjusting your preferences, save the configuration. Depending on your setup, you may need to relog or restart your client for changes to apply.

Selective Channel Management

You don't have to disable entire emote sources. For Twitch channel emotes specifically, you can enable only the channels you care about while leaving others disabled. This gives you fine-grained control over which emotes appear in your chat without losing all emote functionality.
