Unlock Your First Power and Start the Skill Tree

Opening the Ability Interface

Press the ability menu keybind (default varies by setup) to open your power interface. You'll see your current level, available skill points, and the branching skill tree laid out in the center of the screen.

Spending Your First Points

Locate a starter power in the skill tree—these are typically at the base of each branch. Click on an ability you want to unlock. The cost in skill points will display; confirm the purchase. Your points decrease and the power activates.

Activating Quick-Access Abilities

Once unlocked, check the left side of your ability interface for quick-access slots. Drag your new power into an empty slot so you can trigger it during gameplay without reopening the menu. Test your power in a safe area first to understand its range and cooldown.

Progression Strategy

Focus on unlocking one ability branch fully before spreading points thin across multiple trees. This lets you understand synergies and plan fusion combinations later. As you level up through gameplay, you'll earn more points to expand your arsenal.
