Making Tooltips Show Durability and Enchantment Details
Why Details May Be Hidden
Dynamic Tooltips Mod can display durability and enchantment information, but these sections are often off by default or hidden behind a config toggle. If your tooltips only show the item name, the relevant options are likely disabled.
Enabling Durability Readouts
Open the mod's config file and look for the durability-related option. Enable it, then save. When you hover a damaged tool or weapon, the tooltip should now include a durability line showing remaining uses. Some setups display this as a number, others as a bar-style indicator depending on how the mod is configured.
Enabling Enchantment Details
Find the enchantment option in the same config and turn it on. Hover an enchanted item to verify the enchantment names and levels now appear. If you use items from other mods, their enchantments should also show as long as the mod can read them.
Verifying In-Game
After saving, reload the game and check a few items: a fresh tool, a heavily used one, and an enchanted book. If a section still does not appear, confirm you edited the correct config file for your instance and that no other tooltip mod is overriding the display.
