Finding and Taming Nether Dragons

Finding and Taming Nether Dragons

Dragon Wars Variants adds six new dragon types to the Nether dimension, each adapted to specific biomes. Netherwings inhabit basalt deltas and crimson forests as dark Night Fury variants, while Burning Nightmares nest in warped forests. Hell Wings build resting spots from soul sand in hot regions, and Stringers live near Piglin camps. Screaming Nadder variants also fly through warped and crimson forests.

Each dragon type has unique characteristics—Saltflat Screechers feature heavy club tails, while Stringers serve as fast mounts across lava and land. To tame these dragons, you'll need to interact with them using the mechanics from the base Archipelago Additions mod. Explore different Nether biomes to find the dragon variants you're looking for and build your collection of companions.
